Camryn Macdonald

Camryn is a Vancouver based actress. Recent film credits include the role of Prudence Slaughter, a time traveling cop, in Time Helmet, and Kirra, a girl who helps Santa save Christmas, in The Key to Christmas.Beginning her career in theatre at the age of 7, Camryn has been performing since 2012. She has enjoyed working in musical theatre for many years, most recently appearing as Olaf in Disney's Frozen Jr with Delta Youth Theatre, and as Annie in Annie with Align Entertainment. Camryn made her TV debut on Vancouver's "Global 'News' (qv)" and "CTV", partaking in multiple TV interviews and appearing on Vancouver's "Show of Hearts, Variety Show" as Annie.Camryn also enjoys studying at local Film Schools, taught by Kirsten Clarkson, Cameron Bancroft, and Jennifer McKee. Outside of film, Camryn has trained in dance since the age of 5, studying modern, ballet, jazz, tap, musical theatre, and contemporary. Camryn loves to student teach young dancers from the ages of 3-8, encouraging them to express themselves through the art. Camryn has been singing since she could talk, and takes voice lessons with Tracy Neff and Simon Isherwood.::'Camryn Macdonald' (qv)
