Ricardo Lopez was obsessed with the Icelandic singer Bjork, on his 21st birthday he began his video diary which replaced his written diary (that has yet to be seen by the general public). This video is of his suicide on September 12th, it takes it's name from the board behind Lopez in the final minutes, which reads "THE BEST OF ME, Sep 12.".
